Berti knives, your experiences of cutting, maintenance and much more besides. Then, if you have time, we’ll take you to see the workshop, where you’ll witness first-hand how our knives are made, from the choice of the horn to the final polishing.
So, if you decide to come and see us, we’ll be here to welcome you. At the store in Via Roma, you’ll find my father, Alvaro, who is often surrounded by the ‘boys’ – his long-time friends who, truth be told, are not so young any more
